Langdale House Project Overview
It has been a real pleasure working with Rohan and Priya on the transformation of their beautiful holiday let property in North Manchester. From our very first visit, it was clear that the property had excellent foundations and the potential to become a calm, refined space designed to appeal to a wide range of guests, with a timeless and welcoming feel.
Our approach focused on creating cohesive, light-filled interiors that feel elegant yet comfortable for short stays. Soft neutral tones were layered with warmer materials and subtle texture to add depth and character, while clean-lined furniture and considered lighting choices ensured the property feels contemporary, durable, and easy to maintain — without being overly trend-led. Each space was carefully designed to flow seamlessly into the next, creating a sense of balance and continuity that enhances the guest experience.
Alongside the main living areas and bedrooms, the bathrooms were also thoughtfully designed to complement the overall scheme. These spaces were planned with guest practicality, layout, and longevity in mind, ensuring they feel well-resolved, functional, and in keeping with the wider aesthetic of the property.
The finished result is a holiday let that feels beautifully curated, timeless, and perfectly suited to modern guest expectations. Working closely with Rohan and Priya throughout the process was a pleasure, and their trust in the design process allowed the scheme to develop naturally into a cohesive and inviting holiday let ready to perform well in the rental market.
