When Quidos Care Ltd approached Genesis Interior Stylists, they had an exciting vision for an eight-bedroom property in North Wales.

The property would initially operate as a luxury holiday let before transitioning into a children's residential care home in the future. Our role was to create interiors that felt warm, welcoming and beautifully designed whilst supporting the property's long-term purpose.

Using a calm palette of natural tones, carefully selected furniture and thoughtful styling, we created inviting spaces that feel comfortable, practical and homely throughout.

Every room was designed to flow seamlessly into the next, creating a consistent guest experience while ensuring the property remained suitable for its future use. Where appropriate, Crib 5 compliant furniture and furnishings were specified without compromising on style.

Genesis managed the complete turnkey furnishing process, including furniture procurement, delivery, assembly, styling and final presentation. Every detail, from layered bedding and artwork to lighting and accessories, was carefully considered to ensure the finished property felt complete from day one.

The result is a beautifully furnished home that successfully bridges two very different purposes; welcoming holiday guests today whilst laying the foundations for a future children's residential care home.
