The Willow Lodge: furnishing a holiday home

The Willow Lodge is a three-bedroom holiday-let property near the Yorkshire coast, created from a former pub. Rachel and Gareth asked Genesis Interior Stylists to bring their vision together through furniture and styling.

Bespoke Chesterfield sofas form a central part of the scheme. Selected furniture and accessories complement their character, creating a coordinated interior while keeping comfort at the heart of the brief.

The proposal brought the furniture and accessory choices together so the owners could see how the rooms would relate to one another. The aim was a welcoming place to stay with its own identity, rather than a collection of unrelated pieces.

Our work with Rachel and Gareth also includes Mulberry House. The two projects share a collaborative approach, with individual schemes shaped around each property.

Explore our holiday-let interior design and furnishing service, or talk to Chris and Jenny about your property. You can begin with the rooms involved and the help you need; every furniture choice does not need to be settled before the first conversation.

Feedback from Rachel and Gareth

"Our sincere gratitude for the outstanding work you and your team have done Jenny!
Both Mulberry House and Willow Lodge stand as evidence to you and your team's skill and interior styling expertise.

Jenny's exceptional creativity, and commitment to exceeding our expectations has been remarkable. Her talent in bringing together a complete furniture and accessory design pack was wonderful.
After experiencing working with Genesis Interior Stylists twice now, we are thrilled to announce that they are now the exclusive interior stylists for all of Cottom Properties' future projects. We trust Jenny and her team implicitly and look forward to many more successful collaborations.

With heartfelt appreciation,
Rachel & Gareth Loubser
