We are delighted to reveal our latest completed project with Wilson & Co Property Developers at Estuary Hill, Cockerham: the furnishing and styling of a beautiful 4-bedroom family showhome. Designed with a focus on modern living, this property demonstrates how thoughtful interiors can transform a house into a welcoming, aspirational home.
Open-Plan Kitchen & Dining
The spacious open-plan kitchen and dining area has been styled to celebrate light, space, and sociable living. A statement dining table with quilted upholstered chairs sits beneath a trio of striking pendant lights, creating an elegant focal point for family meals and entertaining guests. Accessories in warm metallics and soft natural tones bring a contemporary edge, while subtle greenery adds freshness and life to the room.
Semi Open-Plan Living Room
Flowing from the dining space, the semi open-plan living room is both inviting and versatile. Plush sofas in neutral tones, layered with vibrant cushions and soft throws, create an atmosphere of warmth and comfort. A modern coffee table and carefully selected decorative accents bring sophistication, while large windows flood the room with natural light, enhancing the sense of openness. Artwork and textured wall décor were chosen to provide interest and style without overpowering the calm colour palette.
