Showhome Furnishing & Styling – 4-Bedroom Home at Estuary Hill, Cockerham
We are delighted to unveil another completed project for Wilson & Co Property Developers at Estuary Hill – Cockerham. This time, our team furnished and styled a spacious 4-bedroom showhome, designed to showcase the perfect balance of modern family living and timeless interior elegance.
Open-Plan Kitchen & Dining
At the heart of this home is a light-filled open-plan kitchen and dining area, designed with both functionality and lifestyle in mind. We introduced a statement dining table paired with contemporary upholstered chairs, creating a sociable space ideal for family meals and entertaining. Subtle accessories and soft styling elements complete the look, adding warmth and sophistication without overwhelming the space.
Semi Open-Plan Living Room
Flowing seamlessly from the dining area, the semi open-plan living room was styled to feel inviting, spacious, and versatile. We selected generous sofas to encourage relaxation, complemented by a sleek coffee table and carefully chosen decorative accessories. Layered textures, ambient lighting, and refined finishing touches make this an area where comfort meets understated luxury.
Bedrooms – Tranquil Retreats
Each of the four bedrooms was designed to offer a unique feel while maintaining a cohesive style throughout the property. Plush upholstered beds, layered with high-quality bedding and accent cushions, create a sense of indulgence. Coordinating bedside furniture, atmospheric lighting, and thoughtfully selected artwork transform each room into a stylish private retreat. The master suite, in particular, was styled with elevated finishes to emphasise its role as a luxurious escape.
